Digital Canvas is a web application development studio. We provide custom web development, application maintenance and rescue, WordPress and PHP development, AWS infrastructure management, and security services. We do not provide logo design, marketing services (PPC, SEO, social media), or general small-business website design as a standard offering.
Details of specific services, project scope, pricing, and timelines are governed by separate written agreements between Digital Canvas and its clients. These Terms apply to use of the Site and do not constitute a service agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, code, case studies, logos, and design (collectively, “Content”), is owned by or licensed to Digital Canvas and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Content without our prior written consent.
Client Work
Case studies, portfolio items, and testimonials displayed on the Site are used with client permission. All intellectual property rights in the work we perform for clients belong to the respective client under the terms of our engagement agreements.
4. Use of the Site

- Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise the Site’s security
- Not submit false or misleading information through contact forms
- Not scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without permission
