What is Muti-site?
Allow up to 25 domains to be hosted on the same hosting plan. A multi-site plan is not a subsite, it does not create a sub-directory in the main site and does not require a redirect, but has it's own webroot application variables , log files.
Great if your company has multiple websites, with unqiue domain, or you would like to run a staging or development server on the same platform.
This can also be used for host client sites, but there will only be one username and password for the hosting account. |
